Not receiving notifications?
Common causes and fixes for missing push notifications.
If you're not receiving notifications, check the following:
1. Notifications are enabled
Open iPhone Settings → Trouve → Notifications and make sure Allow Notifications is toggled on.
2. Your alert is active
Open the Alerts tab and check that your alert shows as Active (not paused or snoozed).
3. You haven't hit your daily limit
Free users are limited to 10 notifications per day. Check if the limit banner is showing on the Alerts tab. The counter resets at midnight.
4. Focus mode isn't blocking Trouve
If you use Focus modes (Do Not Disturb, Sleep, Work, etc.), make sure Trouve is allowed to send notifications during your active Focus mode.
5. Your internet connection
Notifications require an internet connection to be delivered. If you were offline when a notification was sent, it may arrive late or not at all.
